Matthew Knight

Has extensive first-hand knowledge of creating the detailed specifications, design, performance requirements and then delivering one of the riskiest parts of the development process, the building execution. Whilst it is often taken as a given, developments frequently fall short because of the superficial knowledge of the construction process. Matt’s knowledge ensures that the delivery phase objectives are met whilst giving confidence to investors, banks, and other stakeholders. Matt can set up and advise on the necessary project controls and draw down practicalities with investment partners, debt providers and other stakeholders during the on-site execution and critically at Practical Completion.
